System Generated posts

The system has the ability to automatically create posts for upcoming celebrations, inspirational quotes & product updates.

1. Employee Birthdays/ Work anniversaries

• Sent any time before 8 AM UAE time, we create and push this post to the employees of the company when they are celebrating birthdays.

• People can react to this post.

• The post will contain the photo of the employee (if the profile picture exists).

  

2. Daily word of wisdom (Quotes)

• Sent any time before 8 AM UAE time, we create and push this post from the library of quotes we have.

• Sent as an image post.

• People can react to this post.

  

3. How was your week?

• Only visible to employees.

• Every Thursday, we will post a card on the wall, pinned at the top with the title “How was your week?”

• The employee will see an emoji scale and they can rate their week (5 options - from cry to laugh).

• The employee can click on X to delete this card; the card will then disappear.
