Admins can also directly place letter requests on behalf of an employee from the Bayzat web version.
How to apply for a Letter Request
On the web version of Bayzat, you can place a letter request by -

Going to the side menu > Employee Records > Letter Requests

Click on the Request New Letter button > select the required template > Request Letter
