Once you create your goals and add weights to your respective goals you can proceed with confirming them for them to be further approved by your line managers.
Goal weights need to be 100% in order to confirm them.
Below are the steps:

Review your goals and make necessary changes if required.
2. Select the check box for your understanding before confirming the goals and sending it to the Line Manager to approve them.
3. Once confirmed, you will be able to see the status of your Line Manager's approval.
Note: An employee's goals need to be confirmed & approved in order to proceed with their end-of-cycle performance review.
