Set up or define a rating scale to grade employee performance
The rating scale setup will be used when reviewing employees on their goals.
To set up your rating scale Go to Settings > Performance >Rating Scale> Edit rating scale.

Admins can select from a 3-10 point rating scale

They can choose to include a ‘not applicable’ (N/A) option in the scale

They can customize the labels & descriptions for each point in the rating scale

The default scale is a 5-point scale:

1- Below expectations
-
2- Meets expectations
-
3- Exceeds expectations
-
4- Greatly Exceeds expectations

5- Truly Outstanding
