As a Super Admin and Line Manager, you can easily link your catch-ups to an existing performance cycle and goals. This can be accessed during the goal-setting and review stage to provide context and rate employees based on the discussions noted. This could also help in eliminating recency bias for the reviewer.
There are 3 ways to do the above:

While creating a new catch-up, you can link this to a related performance cycle and/or related goal/s.
2. Once the catch-up is scheduled; it will be visible under the Goals sections of that employee.
Employee Profile > Performance > Goals and Reviews> View goals.
Select the goal that you would like to view the catch-up linked to.
3. You can also go through all of these catch-ups related to performance and goals when you are at the self-review stage.
My Performance > Self-review / Employee’s review > Catch-ups
