Editing an employee's salary for promotions and any changes
When an employee's salary changes, you can easily add a new salary configuration to the employee's payroll to reflect any changes made.
Under an employee's payroll tab, go to Salary Configuration and then click on Add Salary Configuration to add a new salary for the employee.
Select the Base Currency and month from which the new salary will come into effect. Fill in the Basic Salary and add any allowances as needed and click on Save.
You can view the current and upcoming salaries/history of the salary configured for this employee. You can also make edits and delete salary configurations as needed.
