Update necessary employee information for WPS Trade License

Step 1 - Go to the Payroll Table

You will find a message as highlighted above for employees who are missing the critical information required for processing payroll. For example, in the above screenshot, 4 employees are missing critical information

Step 2 - Click anywhere on the employee name as shown below -

Step 3 - Click on Update

Step 4 - Enter the below details and click on Save-

1. Legal Country of Residence

2. Residency Visa Issue Location

3. Trade License

4. Freezone Employee ID Number

Note - Freezone employee ID should have the Freezone prefix (alphabetical) and 11 numerical digits
