Training and Support: After the HR platform is ready the Customer support manager provides training and support to the client to ensure that they can use the platform effectively and efficiently.
What is Configuration?
Configuration is the process of customizing a company's Bayzat account by adjusting its settings, features, and options to meet the client's needs and requirements of the organization. This typically involves uploading company and employee-specific data onto the platform and modifying other settings to optimize the platform's functionality for the company's unique use case.
Why do you need to configure my account for me?
Configuring your account in advance allows you to access a ready-to-use platform with live and accurate data for you and your team to immediately start working with. The more information you provide us at the stage of configuration, the less you have to manually insert it later.
The information we collect, in particular Time Off and Payroll data, is very time sensitive, so we must ensure that the onboarding process and subsequent training sessions are conducted as quickly and effectively as possible.
