How to get training and support from Bayzat
Bayzat's Customer Success Team
Designing a great human resource management system goes beyond the platform and features. Through the Bayzat app, your company will be able to automate HR administration and benefits, and our world-class Customer Success Team will ensure effective usage throughout the organization, year round.
To get you all the support you need, we've pooled together a great team of Customer Success Managers to ensure that throughout your journey with Bayzat, you are supported and guided every step of the way.
How will the Customer Success Team help you?
Onboarding and Configuration:
Ensure your account’s configuration meets your expectations and will verify that data uploaded is aligned with your organization’s needs. Working together with the Implementation Specialist, they both make the transition to Bayzat as easy and painless as possible.
Customized admin training with the following goals:
- Triple-checking the account’s configuration.
- Showing you how to use each of the modules and detailed explanation of each feature as needed.
- Answering any questions you may have about the platform and payroll processing.
Employee communication and training:
- Assist in communicating to all employees the launch of Bayzat within your company.
- Arrange training for employees as needed, so that they are able to register, download the app, and start using Bayzat with ease.
Additional admin training:
- Whether you need a refresher on how to use Bayzat, or are a new HR admin at your organization, we’ll happily provide follow up training as required.
New feature training:
- As we continue to add more great features to the platform, we’ll work with you to make sure you know how to use them.
Usage & Support
New Feature Announcements: You will receive emails from your Customer Success Manager announcing our latest feature releases. For features that require changes to your account, your Customer Success Manager will give you a call and help make sure you are effectively using each applicable feature.
Customized Reports: If there are additional reports you wish to extract from Bayzat, your Customer Success Manager will work with you on determining what you’d like to see in those reports, and how often you’d like to receive them.
Customer Success Manager: You will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be available via calls and emails to assist with any questions, comments, or feedback you have on the platform, and any support that you require throughout your journey with Bayzat.
Customer Support: Apart from your dedicated Customer Success Manager, you can also get prompt answers to your queries by searching through our extensive content repository of online articles and video tutorials as well as chat with our Customer Support team - this can be accessed via the Bayzat chat support icon at the bottom right hand corner of your Bayzat web version, and the ? icon at the top of your Bayzat app.
Quarterly & Yearly Reviews: While you will most likely be in touch with your Customer Success Manager on a regular basis, as per your requirement, your CSM can also arrange:
- Quarterly Reviews: Quarterly review call to understand platform usage and help answer any questions you might have.
- Yearly Reviews: Hold a business review and prepare a presentation that details yearly usage, feedback and considerations to ensure you and the company gets the most out of Bayzat.
