Viewing, managing, and editing your personal employee records
You will find all your stored employee data and documents under My Profile. You can view, download and fill in or edit your information at any time.
Step 1: Look for an invitation email from your HR or Super Admin in your personal or work email inbox linked to your account. The email will come from noreply@bayzat.com with instructions to register or join your company's Bayzat account. Click on "Join your team" to set up a password and log in.
Step 2: After setting up your password, you can download the Bayzat app on your mobile from the Play Store (click here). Log in using the same email ID and password you used during registration.
Step 3: Navigate to "My profile" to view all the information and details related to you.
- Personal: You can update this tab yourself by clicking the pencil icon to edit.
- Work: This tab contains details that can only be updated or requested for updates through HR.
- Documents: Upload important documents here to keep track of their expiry dates.
- Dependents: Add emergency contact information for your dependents.
- Assets: View the company assets assigned to you, request new assets, and manage your asset history from this tab.
