Restricting employees from requesting leave during the probation period.
You can adjust the settings of your leave policies to restrict employees from requesting leave during their probation period. To do so, follow the below steps:
Step 1
Under Settings, click on the Leaves tab, and expand Leave Policies
Step 2
Click on the pencil icon to edit the settings of the leave policy you wish to restrict.
Step 3
Click on the Restrict during probation option and turn the toggle ON.
All employees under probation (if the probation date on the work profile is filled in) will be notified at the time of placing a leave request that they are unable to apply for this type of leave as they are under probation.
