Learn how the HR team can access employee documents on mobile.
All Super Admins and People Managers can now view Employee Documents on mobile. Simply switch over to manager mode, to access:

Access your employees' documents whenever you need, wherever you are

Download a soft copy of any document, in case of an emergency

Stay informed on critical document expires, to avoid any penalties
After clicking Employee Documents, you will be able to see all the document types enabled for your company, including Custom documents.
Clicking on a document type
Within each document type, where relevant, you will be able to see the count of documents that are expiring within 30 days and the count of documents that are already expired.
In all cases, the counts will only include primary documents of active employees.
For documents with an expiry date, clicking on the specific document type will show you three tabs:

All documents
-
Expiring Soon
-
Expired
Clicking on a specifc document
For any specific document, you can click on it to view the document details or click on the menu to download a soft copy.
Other actions such as replacing, editing or deleting the document can be carried out on the browser version of Bayzat.
