The Muqeem integration enhancement also enables Super Admins and People Managers to cancel Exit Re-Entry Visas on behalf of employees. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to cancel an Exit Re-Entry visa using the web or mobile platform.
Canceling an Exit Re-Entry Visa on the Web:
You can access the Cancel Exit Re-Entry visa flow, by clicking on the three dots associated with the Exit Re-Entry visa you'd like to cancel (either in the Documents section or the employee's Document tab) or by clicking on the Cancel button visible when you are viewing the document.
Canceling an Exit Re-Entry Visa on Mobile:

Access the mobile application and go to Employee Documents > Exit Re-Entry visas.

Locate the Exit Re-Entry visa and click on the kebab menu to access the Cancel Exit Re-Entry visa flow.
After selecting the Cancel option, you will have to verify the employee's Iqama number along with checking the box and confirming that the employee is in Saudi Arabia and does not have any other penalties relating to previous visas.

After completing the verification process, you can click on Cancel Visa. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a notification. In addition, if the employee is registered with Bayzat, they will also be notified. The document will be automatically marked as canceled on the platform.
