This article helps understand how a Line Manager and HR can Review the progress of the goals for each employee.
As a manager or HR, you can review your team’s performance
This can be accessed from :
Performance > Reviews
Or
Employee Profile> Performance > Reviews

The employee review form will be available to managers based on the review start date configured.

In the review form, the manager can rate the employee’s performance on each of their goals

They can select a rating from the rating scale set up in the configuration

They can also add notes to support their selected rating

The manager will have easy access to the goal history & details to provide them with context while reviewing.

Once the manager submits their review, it is ready to move to the calibration stage.

The manager's rating is the primary rating that is considered when calculating the final performance rating of the employee.

If the employee’s self-review is enabled, both reviews must be submitted in order to move to the calibration stage

Managers can also view their employee’s submitted self-reviews.
Note:

In case an employee has no line manager assigned, it is flagged to the HR admin.

HR admins also have the ability to complete a review on behalf of a manager in case of their absence.
