Adding employees to your insurance policy and tracking the progress of your requests
We have introduced the new look and fresh design of the endorsement module along with small new features that will improve your experience.
Submit requests to add new employees to your health insurance on Bayzat
Track the progress of all your requests and get updates on completion dates
Endorsement can be submitted in two ways:
From Endorsement Tab
From Employee Profile
Go to the Endorsements, click on New Addition
Select the employee you want to add to Health Insurance
Addition is completed in 3 steps:
Step 1: Submit the required documents
Step 2: Fill in the member details
Step 3: Additional documents are conditional or optional documents depending on the member being added. Complete the step 3 and submit the request
Go back to Endorsements to track your additions
The Submitted column indicates the date the endorsement was submitted to Bayzat on the platform.
The Effective date column indicates the estimated date the endorsement is expected to be completed. If the effective date has changed, the info icon will appear
2. From the employee profile, go to Health Insurance, select Insure Now and select the policy your employee should be on, and follow the same steps as above
Note: You can now save drafts of every endorsement request you make so that you can work on it later. Please make sure you click on the Save as Draft option to ensure your work is saved.
Once everything is finalized, you can come back to the Endorsements page and click on Continue to complete the endorsement process.
