Welcome to the Admin Guide on sharing spaces with employees in the Knowledge Hub. As a Super Admin, you have the power to ensure that relevant information reaches the right audience. This guide will walk you through the steps to share a space using the Copy Link method or by posting messages on the Newsfeed
Method 1: Sharing via Copy Link
1. Navigate to the Space: Start by accessing the space you want to share. Click on the space to enter it.
2. Access the Share Option: Look for the "Share" option within the space. This is located in the top-right corner of the space's interface.
3. Copy the Link: Navigate to the "Copy Link" Tab and click on "Copy link". The link to the space will be copied to your clipboard and you can send it to the employees you want to share the space with.
Method 2: Posting on the Newsfeed
1. Navigate to the Space: Start by accessing the space you want to share. Click on the space to enter it.
Access the Share Option: Look for the "Share" option within the space. This is located in the top-right corner of the space's interface.
2. Add a post description: Craft a clear and informative description explaining the purpose of the space.
3. Share the Post: Once your message is ready, click on "Share post on newsfeed"
Only employees who have view or edit permissions to this space will receive a mobile notification and will be able to see the newsfeed post.
