Efficiently overseeing roles and responsibilities within the Knowledge Hub is crucial to maintaining the security and accessibility of your organization's information. This guide is designed to assist you in understanding the different levels of roles and permissions. It will outline the actions that can be performed by the Knowledge Hub Manager, Super Admin, employees with Editor access, those with View Only access, and those with No Access.
Role Management
The super admin and the knowledge hub manager each have full control over the knowledge hub, and both roles have access to all possible knowledge hub-related actions.
If you would like to delegate control over all aspects of the knowledge hub to a specific member of your organization, then you need to assign him/her the "Knowledge Hub Manager" role.
