Bayzat platform billing feature makes it easy for you to understand the details of your subscription to the Bayzat platform, view your invoices and stay on top of your payments.
To access the information, simply follow the steps below:
On your menu panel, click on Company > Billing & Plans > Platform Billing
Billing Overview:
On this page, you'll find details such as:
Current subscription: Find all the details regarding your current plan in this tab, including the subscription period, originally subscribed seats, current subscribed seats, billing details for the seats, and the next billing date for additional seats.
Invoices: Easily access the details and status of past invoices, with the option to download them for your records.
Payment history: To access your payment history and review all payments received by Bayzat for your current subscription, navigate to the Payment History section on the overview screen. Here, you'll find a table displaying the date each payment was recorded, along with the amount and payment method.
If there's an upcoming payment due or an overdue invoice, you can proceed to complete the payment directly within the Bayzat platform by following these steps.
Step 1: Click on View Invoice of an upcoming payment or an overdue invoice.
Step 2: Click on "Get a Payment Link" to process the payment.
Step 3: You will receive the payment link via email from finance@bayzat.com to finish the process.
Please note: New payments or invoices may take at least 24 hours to appear in the billing module.
