As a Task Manager Admin, you can manage all tasks from Company > Task Management > Task Manager.
Task Manager provides a quick overview of tasks by status, allowing efficient tracking to support effective monitoring, resource allocation, and decision-making. This helps ensure timely task completion and maximizes team efficiency.
- Status as Assigned: Tasks assigned to respective assignees.
- Task(s) due today: Tasks that are due to be completed at the present date.
- Overdue task(s): Tasks which is in progress but passed its due date or Skipped by the assignee.
- Unassigned task(s): Tasks that are not assigned to any assignee.
You can further user the Filter to customize your search results accordingly.
You can create a task by clicking on Create task button on the right corner of the page.
The task list will listed according to the creation date with the below default columns.
- ID: Each task is assigned a unique link and ID for its designated owner and responsibilities. This link can be copied and shared with any team member for easy reference.
- Name: Allows you to view the subject line of the task.
- Assignee: The task owner who is responsible for taking necessary actions to complete the task.
- Due date: Task completion date as assigned by the Task manager.
- For whom: Users for whom the task is performed as based on Due date which is in reference to their hiring, probation, and departure dates.
- Closure date: Task completion date as marked by the Task asignee.
- Status: Different statuses are available to track the progress of tasks, including Assigned, Completed, Skipped (Overdue), and Unassigned.
- Actions: You can view the activity and comments made by various stakeholders on the task by clicking the message icon. Additionally, you can click the three dots to edit or update the task details.
These colums can be altered according to your requirements.
Expanding the ticket ID or viewing task details will display the full task information. From this page, you can review activity and comments, modify the task, or delete it as needed.
