Employee Custom Tickets feature allows you to manage Attendance Regularization by setting up an attendance regularization policy that will enable the employees to raise a direct ticket for approval to edit their attendance records.
Steps to configure Attendance Regularization.
Configuring a ticket type involves four steps:
- Adding ticket type details.
- Selecting employees
- Review and Save
- Set up Approval flow
Step 1: Adding ticket type details.
Navigate to Settings > Tickets > Select "Attendance Regularization" (Default ticket).
Note: Default ticket - Companies using the Attendance module will have a preconfigured
partial customizable ticket type.
Introduction to Ticket Type Details:
Ticket Type Name: Unique name for the ticket type that is available for the employees to select while raising a custom ticket.
Ticket Type Description: A short description of the ticket type.
Admin Role Configuration: Assign specific roles who can create, edit, and delete employee tickets.
Adding Ticket Fields:
Attendance Regularization is the default ticket type and is closely integrated with the Attendance module.
The required fields available for employees for attendance updates are pre-defined and include:
- Check-in date
- Check-in time
- Check-out date
- Check-out date
Step 2: Selecting Employees
Super admin can manage to customize assigning employees to use Custom tickets for Attendance regularization.
- All Employees: This option enables the platform to automatically assign new employees to the specified policy when the profile is created.
- Custom Selection: This option allows only the employees manually selected by the Super Admin to be included.
Step 3: Review & Save
Review the policy details and save.
You can manage the policy after configuring by marking it as active or inactive.
Step 4: Set up Approval flow
Navigate to Settings > Approval flow > Attendance Regularization.
Select and assign the appropriate roles responsible for approving Attendance Regularization requests. Once configured, the requests will follow the specified approval hierarchy.
