Monitor and manage employee attendance and work timings
Attendance on Bayzat allows you to manage employee presence and absence from work by doing the following:
Track employee check-ins and check-outs to monitor late arrivals and early departures
Run individual and customized attendance reports to identify unpaid days, missed working days, hours worked and any other variables related to attendance such as overtime, etc.
How does it work?
Employees are assigned a specific office, workweek, and work timing relevant to them
Bayzat's mobile app detects your location and defines if you’re inside or outside the office radius allowing you to check in or check out as needed. You can confirm employee identity by enabling image capturing.
Your timings are recorded and tracked for Admin/Manager reporting and similarly on the Bayzat app for individual employee access
