How to activate Multi-factor Authentication

Multi-factor Authentication adds a second layer of security to the login process. It ensures safety by using a timed code that changes every 30 seconds on the Google Authenticator app (This app will need to be downloaded for iOS or Android separately).

Step 1

Go to Your Profile >> Security Settings

Step 2

Besides Multi-factor Authentication, click on Enable.

Step 3

Download the Google Authenticator app for your iOS or Android phone. Then click on I have the app.

Step 4

After downloading the app, scan the QR code, and click on I got authentication code.

Step 5

Enter the authentication code and click on Verify.

You have Multi-factor Authentication enabled!

Under security settings, the icon will be green and show Enabled beside multi-factor authentication.

Once you have activated Multi-factor Authentication, you may login using these steps.
