Introduction:
In data analysis and management, data points represent individual pieces of data, each characterized by specific attributes, such as an employee's name, age, or role within an organization. Understanding and manipulating these data points is essential for effective data-driven decision-making.
Operators are tools that allow us to filter, compare, and analyze data points based on specific criteria. By applying different operators to data points, we can extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and make informed decisions. For instance, an operator might allow us to filter a list of employees to show only those above a certain age or who were hired after a specific date.
This document provides a comprehensive guide to the various operators that can be applied to different types of data points, detailing what each operator does and how it can be used to refine and analyze data effectively in our Workflows feature. |
Employee Name is the combination of First Name and Last Name of the employee stated on the Employee Profile |

| Employee Age | Employee Age is calculated on the basis of Date(Now) - Date of Birth, stated on the employee’s profile |

| Employee Nationality | Employee Nationality is a pre-defined list that contains all default nationalities and in here, it refers to the Nationality selected on employee’s profile |

| Employee Position | Employee Position is the Job title stated on the employee’s profile. This is a free-text field. |
|
| Employee Registered | Employee Registered is a boolean data point. It stores information on whether an employee is registered or not |

| Employee Hire Date | Employee Hire Date is the Hire Date information entered on employee’s profile |

| Employee Offboarded Date | Employee Offboarded Date is the Offboarded Date entered while offboarding the employee from Bayzat. | |
| Pay adjustment: number of installments | This data point refers to the number of installments stated on the pay adjustment request. |
