This article describes the steps to edit & delete a performance cycle for your company.
Edit an upcoming cycle:
- Go to Settings > Performance > Performance management cycles > Click on the Pencil icon to Edit the upcoming Cycle.
- You will then be taken through the Performance cycle Setup flow.
- Simply edit your changes and at the end click on Update Cycle
Edit an ongoing cycle:
- Go to Settings > Performance > Performance management cycles > Click on the Pencil icon to edit and update the dates of the current active cyle.
Please note:
1. You can modify the Cycle Duration field as long as the new duration does not overlap with an
existing cycle.
2. Cycle start date cannot be updated as the cyle is already active.
3. Changes to cycle dates will not impact previously submitted employee reviews, which will remain saved.
- Navigate to the Timeline stage to update the dates.
- Click Continue to save the changes.
Manage employee list:
- Super admins / Performance Manager can add and remove employees for an active current cycle.
- Navigate to Settings > Performance > Performance management cycles > click on Edit > Manage list.
- Include or exclude employees according to the requirement of the cycle at any stage.
Please note:
1. Removing an employee will delete their associated goals and reviews.
2. Any employee added to the cycle in between will be able to "catch up" and participate in the
current stage of the cycle.
- Click on Done to save changes.
Delete a performance cycle:
- Go to Settings > Performance > Performance management cycles > Click on the bin icon to delete the Cycle.
- Delete Cycle? > Click on Delete
