If your company has enabled and included you in the Attendance regularization policy you can submit request to update your attendance records.
Follow the below steps to raise an attendance regularization ticket.
Step 1: On Mobile application: Navigate to Work tab > My Tickets > Create Ticket
On Web: Navigate to Requests > My Tickets > Create Ticket
Step 2: Fill all the details according to the requirement.
- Ticket Type: Select from the list "Attendance Regularization".
- Check-in Date: The specific check-in date for which the attendance record needs to be updated.
- Check-in Time: The updated or corrected check-in time to be reflected in the attendance record.
- Check-out Date: The specific check-out date for which the attendance record needs to be updated.
- Check-out Time: The updated or corrected check-out time to be reflected in the attendance record.
- Add Attachments: Optional screenshots or documents can be included for reference, if necessary.
Step 3: Click Save changes -> Submit
Step 4: You can view your submitted tickets under the Pending, Approved, and Rejected tabs, based on the current status of each ticket.
