Organize employees into groups to easily manage payroll roles and permissions.
You can now easily manage which admins can view payroll data by configuring viewership permissions in your company settings.
This helps you maintain data confidentiality while ensuring that each admin has access only to the relevant employee groups.
Step 1: Go to Company Settings
From the Bayzat dashboard, click Settings → Company.
Navigate to Employee Structures to manage how your employee groups are organized.
Step 2: Create Employee Groups
You can create different groups to categorize employees based on your company’s requirements.
Click Add New.
Enter a Name and Description for the structure.
Choose how you’d like to configure it:
Automatic Grouping – The system automatically groups employees based on predefined parameters (such as department or location).
Manual Grouping – You can manually select which employees to include in each group.
Once saved, your new employee groups will appear under Employee Structures.
Step 3: Set Viewership Permissions
After your groups are created, you can assign specific payroll viewership permissions to admin roles.
Go to Settings → Roles Management.
Select one of the following roles to adjust permissions:
Adjustment Manager
Expense Manager
Payroll Table Admin
People Manager
Under each role, define which employee group(s) the admin can view.
This ensures that admins only see the payroll data relevant to the employees within their assigned structure.
You’re All Set
You’ve now configured payroll viewership permissions successfully! 🎉
Admins will only have access to the payroll information of the employee groups you’ve assigned — keeping your payroll data secure and well-organized.
