The 360° Review module in Bayzat enables teams to receive well-rounded, constructive feedback from peers, direct reports, and managers. As a line manager, you play a key role in guiding this process—setting expectations, nominating reviewers, providing feedback, and supporting meaningful performance conversations.
Once your company admin includes you or your direct reports in a 360° Review cycle, you’ll be able to take specific actions depending on the settings configured by your organization.
1. Nominating Peers
If your direct reports are part of a 360° Review cycle and your admin has enabled peer nominations for line managers, you can propose peers who will contribute to their review.
How to Nominate Peers
Go to 360 Reviews on Bayzat.
Click the name of the relevant review cycle.
Open the Peer Nominations tab.
You will see a list of your direct reports included in the cycle.
Click Edit beside a direct report to nominate peers for that employee.
Permissions
You can override peer suggestions submitted by your direct reports.
You cannot edit peer nominations added directly by your company admin.
If peer nomination for line managers is disabled, you will be able to view peer reviewers but not modify them.
2. Providing Feedback
As a line manager, you are required to complete a manager review for each of your direct reports included in the cycle. You may also receive peer review tasks if you were selected as a reviewer.
Accessing Your Review Tasks
Go to My 360 Reviews.
Select the review cycle.
Open the Surveys tab to view all pending review tasks.
Each task will display:
The employee you are reviewing
The type of review (manager or peer)
Ways to Complete Your Review

After all reviews are submitted and your admin publishes the results, you can access detailed reports for each of your direct reports.
