With the Muqeem integration enhancement, users with Super Admin or People Manager roles can now extend Exit Re-Entry Visas on behalf of employees. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to extend an Exit Re-Entry visa.
Extending an Exit Re-Entry Visa:
You can access the Extend Exit Re-Entry visa flow, by clicking on the three dots associated with the Exit Re-Entry visa you'd like to extend (either in the Documents section or the employee's Document tab) or by clicking on the Extend button visible when you are viewing the document.
On web:
On mobile:
The flow consists of three main steps:
1. Pre-requisites: Validating or adding Iqama details and ensuring the employee is outside KSA.
2. Visa extension details: Specifying the extension duration, by selecting the number of days or adding a new return date.
3. Payment: Ensuring that payment has been made on SADAD for extension
Once these three steps are done, you can go ahead and press Extend visa. If the visa extension is successful, a new Exit Re-Entry PDF document will be automatically created within the employee's documents using the Muqeem reprint service and the employee will be notified.
In case the extension is unsuccessful, an error message from Muqeem will be shown. You can always save the process as a draft to revisit it later.
For both a successful and unsuccessful visa extension, a Log will be created so you can easily track all the transactions.
Conclusion: By following these simple steps, Super Admins and People Managers can easily extend Exit Re-Entry visas through the Muqeem integration, ensuring smooth and efficient visa management for employees.
