How to integrate with Mudad
Mudad has partnered with 5 of the largest banks in KSA and a payment provider called STC Pay (for unbanked employees). This partnership allows you to use any of these bank accounts to directly pay your employee salaries without having to prepare manual SIF files and submit them to individual banks for processing.
To install and configure the integration:
You can navigate to Settings > Integrations > Mudad Integrations
You can proceed to integrate with Mudad by clicking Get Started.
Follow the steps to initiate the integration.
1. Adding an Establishment
In the first step, you have to add establishment details by mentioning:
1. Commercial Registration number
2. MOL Establishment ID
You can select the CR from the drop-down if added before in Company documents or can add a new CR.
2. Adding a signatory
After adding an establishment, the next step is to add a signatory. This person should already be connected to an establishment in the GOSI system. The signatory will need to enter a Legal Identification Number, which can be their National Identification Number, Iqama, or Border Number.
Once they enter this number, they will get a one-time code (OTP) on their registered mobile number. They have to type in this code to confirm their identity.
3. Connecting a Bank Account
To link your bank account with Mudad, you must choose one from a selection of banks. You can only connect bank accounts from the five specific banks listed above or use STC Pay.
To link your bank account, follow these steps:
- If you have already added your bank account in the payroll configuration, simply select it from the dropdown menu.
- If your bank account is not already added, you can add a new one.
To ensure the security of your bank account connection, the respective bank's signatory will receive an OTP. This OTP must be entered to proceed further. You'll see the last four digits of the phone number to which the OTP is sent displayed here.
Save as Draft
You might not be able to finish the entire connection process in a single attempt. This can happen when the authorizer and the person initiating the sign-up are different individuals. In such a situation, you have the option to exit the process.
If you decide to start a new integration request later, you'll be prompted to decide whether you want to resume from where you left off with your previous draft.
