Mudad FAQ's

• Question: My establishment has already registered with Mudad, do I need to register again for this integration?

  Answer: Even if an establishment has previously registered with Mudad, they will have to subscribe to this integration separately.

• Question: I already paid a subscription fee to Mudad to use the Payroll Management Services. Are there any fees for this integration and can I use my existing subscription?

  Answer: The fees for a Mudad subscription are approx 750 SAR + tax. However, for the first 100 customers, Bayzat will not charge any fee for up to a year. Fees paid to Mudad to use PMS previously are non-transferrable to this integration.
  
  

• Question: What are the prerequisites for using this integration?

  Answer:

  • Make sure your bank account is linked to your Commercial Registration

  • Make sure the establishment is registered with GOSI

  • The authorized person for the establishment should also be registered in GOSI

  • The authorized signatory for the bank also needs to be registered already with the bank
    
    

• Question: Are there any transaction charges associated with Mudad?

  Answer: The transaction charges associated with Mudad are SAR 3 per employee transaction.
  Example: If there is a transaction with 10 employees, payroll charges will be 10 x 3 = 30 SAR

• Question: How will the customer pay the transaction charges?

  Answer: The transaction charges will be deducted from the same bank account from which the employees are being paid.
  
  

• Question: I do not have a bank account in the banks currently linked to the Madad system for managing salaries. How can I use the system and transfer employees’ wages?

  Answer: You can now open an account for the facility at Alinma Bank or STCPay through the links below.

• Question: Is there a maximum number of times salaries can be paid to employees?

  Answer: There is no maximum number of times salaries can be paid to employees. You can pay salaries more than once for the same month.
  
  

• Question: Can I authorize others to enter the system to pay salaries?

  Answer: You can add signatories for the banks and the establishments
  
  

• Question: Do I need to submit the wage protection file to the Mudad compliance system?

  Answer: It is not necessary, as the payroll management system is automatically linked to the wage protection system, so it does not require the admin to upload the wage file to the compliance system in Mudad, and the system will upload it automatically.
  
  

• Question: Do I need an agreement with the bank to register for Madad?

  Answer: You do not need any agreements or contracts. The integration provides you with services and features for payroll processing that eliminate the need for many systems and applications.
  
  

• Question: Should the employee have a bank account with the banks or electronic wallets approved in the system?

  Answer: No, the Mudad system enables you to transfer to all banks within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  
  

• Question: Can salaries be transferred in one transaction and allowances and bonuses in another transaction or at a later time?

  Answer: Yes, the Muddad platform allows you to customize the payroll process in a way that suits you and suits all types of payroll management operations.
  
  

• Question: Does Mudad provide an international payment service for employees?

  Answer: No, only Saudi banks are supported.

• Question: I have received the error "Invalid Beneficiary Name"

  Answer: If you received the error “Invalid Beneficiary Name” please ensure that all names of employees in a transaction are in English instead of Arabic. This can be done by changing the Account Holder name under Paid Via for each employee. The names should match those in GOSI.
