What is a Shift Scheduler?
The Shift Scheduler on Bayzat enables admins and schedulers to assign and communicate work shifts to employees within their organization, accommodating different work timings and locations as needed.
How does the shift scheduler work?
- Create work centers (shift groups) comprising one or more schedulers, multiple office locations, work shift timings, and employees. While a scheduler, an office, and a work timing can be assigned to multiple work centers, an employee can only belong to a single work center.
- Shifts are generated for employees on specific dates. These can be initially saved as drafts for a thorough review or directly published on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Publish schedules to notify employees of their individual work shift schedules, visible directly on the Bayzat mobile app.
- Shifts can be created, published, and managed seamlessly through Bayzat’s web interface or mobile app.
