Engage in broad discussions and feedback collection by adding, editing, and deleting comments. There are two different ways to add a comment on Knowledge Hub: On the document level, or via highlighted text.
Writing Comments
Document-level comments
At the end of each document, you will find a specific area where you can add your comments for the whole document.
You have the ability to:
- Add a new comment: you can add a general comment or tag the document owner while adding your comment by using '@'. Email notifications ensure that document owners stay informed whenever a new comment is added.
- Edit your comment: You can edit your comment by clicking on the 'Edit' button.
- Delete your comment: in this case, the comment will be deleted from the document and will not be visible anywhere.

Comments on the highlighted text
Step 1: Highlight the text that you to comment
Step 2: Add your comment to the highlighted text area. You can use '@' to tag the document owner.
Once the comment is added, the highlighted text will be spotlighted in yellow.
Inline Thread
You can create an inline thread by adding multiple comments within the same highlighted text
On mobile, you can view and reply to inline comments but it's not possible to add new ones
Step 1: click on the highlighted text to view the comment
Step 2: You can now reply to the comment
